In the Matter of �ondemning and taking a permanent easement for street purposes
on, over and across the following described land:
All that part of lots 16 and 17, Block 11, Mackubin � Marshall's
Addition bounded by the following described line: Beginning at
the southwest corner of said lot 16; thence, north along the
west line of said lot 16 a distance of sixty feet (60'); thence,
southeasterly along a curve, concave to the northeast, having
a central angle of 90° and a radius of sixty feet (60') to a
point on the south line of said block 11, a distance of sixty feet
(60') east of the southwest corner of said block 11; thence,
west along the south line of said block 11 to the point of
beginning. (Northeast corner of Dale Stre�t and St. Anthony Ave.)
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 3,000 financ�d by Capital Improvement Budget Funds, 1983.
2. That a public hearin be had on said improvement on the 4th day of
October, �983, , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and piace of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
