RESOLVED, by the Council oY the City of Saint Paul, that Chapter A-2 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code (Council File No. 25g048, as amended by C.F. 259511, 26i948, 265879, 270847, 271994 and 272285) is hereby amended in the following particulars: There is hereby established a new subcommittee of the council to be known as the Small Business Subcommittee, and Section 1 of Chapter A-2 is amended to add the following: (7) Small Business There is added to Section 5, committee functions, the following description: � Small Business. The council subcommitte on small business shall assume the responsibility for the review and recommendation of council le�islati6n relating to community and business development other than downtown development. This resolution further provides that Councilman John Galles shall be Chair and Councilman Chris Nicosia and William Wilson will be on the committee. The resolution further provides that it will expire March l, 1984 unless the committee is either extended or reenacted by the City Council. Please be advised that Chapter A-2 of the Administrative Code provides that it may be amended only by submission in writing of a member of the Council of a notice of intent to amend the chapter, which notice shall contain the specific proposed amendments and shall be served upon each member of the Council at least seven days p 'or to the submission of the amending resolution.
