WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to Ordinance No. 16941, Council
File No. 280484, adopted June 21, 1983, did hold a public hearing on June
21, 1983, in the City Council Chambers for the purpose of establishing the
level of operation and naintenance for the Tawn Square �'public spaces"�
located withia the follawing streeta: Cedar Street, Eighth Street, MinnesoCa
Street and Sixth Street, for the period of July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984,
and the amount of service char�es to be levied against the benefitted properties;
and
WHRREAS, the Council of the City of St. Paul did determine that the progrmn
of Operation and Maintenence to be performed within the Town 3quere "public
spaces" be in the manner as set forth and described in the report by the
Department of Planning & Economic Development; and
W�AS, the Department of Conununity Services has submitted to the Department
of Finance and Management Services a report showing the total cost to be $689,254.00
a copy of said report has heretofore been d�livered to the City Council; naw, therefore
be it
RESOLVED, that $689,25�+.00, shall be assessed agaiast benefitted properties
according to the follawing rates;
