WHERFAS, A part of the easement description in Ratification Order
C.F. 280347, adopted May 24, 1983, contains a typographical error which
is underlined in the first line of the follawing paragraph:
"Be�innin� at a point 39 feet ea.st and 115 feet north
of the NE corner of lot 10, block 24� Warren and Rice's
A ddition, NE 1�4 Section 36� T29, R23� southwesterly
on a bearing of S 60-21-3$•9 W for a distance of 941
feet to a point 25 feet east and 11 feet north of the
SE corner of Lot 18, block 16, Smith's Subdivision of
Stinson's Division, NW 1��+ Section 36, T29� R23."

WHEREAS, The correction is required for public record; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVID, Tha.t C.F. 280347 is hereby amended
by deleting the number 115 in the first line of the above description and
inserting in its place the number 15; and be it
FURTHER RESOLV�D, That in all other respects, C.F. 280347 shall
rema.in and continue in flill force and effect.
