RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a lease agreement with Zimmerman Realty,
i954 University Avenue, for the rental of approximately 2,600 square
feet of office space for the benefit of the Division of Public
Health subject to the terms and conditions of said agreement, a copy
of which is to be kept on file and of record in the Department of
Finance and Management Services.
