Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Snelling Avenue Fine Liquors, Inc. and Jerome Bernard Weiss request
that the Off Sale Liquor License and all supporting licenses presently
issued to Snelling Avenue Fine Liquors, Inc. (Joseph I. Crea, President)
at 500 North Snelling Avenue, be transferred to Jerome Bernard Weiss at
the same address.
Mr. Weiss will operate this business personally and it will be known
as Snelling Avenue Fine Wines.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
