WHEREAS: The Rand, Inc. (Albert E. Osterman, President) On Sale Liquor Licensee
at 2516 West 7th Street, doing business as The Rand Bar, has requested
permission for the temporary extension of the service area of liquor,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby temporairly
extended to include the parking lot on August 27, 1983 between the hours of
10:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.
