RESIDENTIAL rates (SINGLE FAMILY TO THREE FAMILY)
New construction (where no walk exiated) $12.00* per front ft
Replacement of old walk--$6.00* per front foot
*Please note that Residential rates are based on the construc-
tion of a 5-foot wide sidewalk; all extra width sidewalks will
be prorated accordingly.
COMMERCIAL rates (all property other than residential)
• 100% of actual cost estimated to be approximately $3.00 per
� square foot of walk constructed with integral curb. Withori
integral curb the cost is estimated to be $2,20 per square
fook of walk constructed.

WHEREAS: The Rand, Inc. (Albert E. Osterman, President) On Sale Liquor Licensee
at 2516 West 7th Street, doing business as The Rand Bar, has requested
permission for the temporary extension of the service area of liquor,
