WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has requested support from local foundations
in order to undertake a work program for 1983 that includes the Rand project,
and
WMEREAS, five local foundations have awarded $150,000 toward its completion,
NQW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council gratefully accept and
thank the following foundations for their support of this program:
F. R. Bigelow Foundation: $20,000
General Mills Foundation: 40,000
Otto Bremer Foundation: 10,000
Saint Paul Foundation: 30,000
The St. Paul Gompanies: 50,000
