WHEREAS, The Council has been asked to consider the possible
development of the Watergate Marina site as a mixed residential
and commercial development; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council does hereby request the advice of
the Planning Commission of the City of Saint Paul as to the appli-
cation of the City' s comprehensive plan, zoning code, river corridor
plan and other regulatory ordinances to a possible mixed residential
and commercial development on a portion of the property known as the
Watergate Marina site on the Mississippi River and Davern Avenue,
and to report back to the City Council as soon as practicable.
