RESOLVED, That the Council requests the staff of the Department
of Planning and Economic Development to assist the proposed developer
of the property located on the northwest corner of Ford Parkway at
Finn Street in meeting with and arriving at an agreement for the
proposed development which will meet with the approval of both the
residents and the developer for the best interests of the whole
community of the City of Saint Paul.
