WHEREAS: Whebbe's Bar, Inc. (James J. Whebbe, Vice-President) On Sale Liquor
Licensee at 193 South Robert Street, doing business as Whebbe's Bar,
has requested permission for a temporary extension of their liquor
service area, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby
extended to include a fenced area in the parking lot on August 21 ,
1983 between the hours of 12:00 P.M. and 11 :00 P.M.

Whebbe's Bar, Inc. (James J. Whebbe, Vice-President) current On
Sale Liquor Licensee at 193 South Robert Street, doing business
as Whebbe's Bar, request a temporary increase in liquor service
area.
The parking lot would be temporarily fenced off between the
hours of 12:00 P.M. and 11 :00 P.M. on August 21 , 1983.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
