RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the Minnesota 5tate Agri-
cultural Society (State Fair Board) whereby the City of Saint Paul
will provide to said Board various police services commencing
September 7, 1983 and ending � �18, 1984, subject to the terms
and conditions as set forth in the said Agreement, a copy of which
is to be kept on file and of record in the Department of Finance
and Management Services.
