WHEREAS: Proper notice has been received as to a change of corporate names at the
Highland Inn, Inc. , On Sale Liquor Licensee at 1870 Old Hudson Road,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: Highland Inn, Inc. will be changed to Ramada Hotel Operating Company
with the following officers: Richard Snell , President; Thomas E.
Martin, Vice-President; John G. Drumm, Secretary and Ellis Landau,
Treasurer and the same is hereby approved.

Highland Inn, Inc. (Thomas E. Martin, Vice-President) current On
Sale Liquor License holder at 1870 Old Hudson Road, requests a
change of corporate names to Ramada Hotel Operating Company.
The following are the officers of the Ramada Hotel Operating
Company: Richard Snell , President; Thomas E. Martin, Vice-
President; John G. Drumm, Secretary and Ellis Landau, Treasurer.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
