A G R E E M E N T THIS AGREEMENT, dated this day of May, 1983, by and between the CITY OF ST. PAUL, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "City" and the R�GENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, hereinafter referred to as "University"; WITNESSETH: 1. That the May ll, 1966 Agreement between the parties, as amended by separate Agreement, dated the 26th of April, 1971, as further amended by an Agreement effective the lst of July, 1975 , and as further amended by an Agreement effective the lst of July, 1978 is hereby further amended as follows : � 2. That comencing April l, 1983, the City shall furnish Fire, Emergency Ambulance and Paramedic Services to the University's Lauderdale Computer Facility, located at 2520 Broadway Drive in the City of Lauderdale, further described as follows : All of Block 4 in Lauderdale's East Side Addition: That part of vacated Roselawn Ave. located between the easterly property line of the Minnesota Transfer Ra.ilroad and the �� westerly limits of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 280 : The south 30 feet of the vacated street north of Block 4 located between the westerly limits of the City of Lauderdale and the westerly limits of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 280 : That street west of Block 4 located between the westerly limits of Block 4 and the westerly limits of the City of Lauderdale: Also the north 106 feet of the W� of the NW4 of the NW4 of the SW4 of Section 17 Township 29 Range 23 west which includes the south 33 feet of Roselawn Avenue (vacated) excepting right of way of the Minnesota Belt-Line Railway and Transfer Company. The annual fee for Fire, Emergency Ambulance and Paramedic Services shall be one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600.00) . Each and every year hereafter, the basic 1,600. 00 shall be subject to an annual adjustment equal to the percentage of salary increase granted to St. Paul Fire Fighters via their collective bargaining agre�ement with the City until all Agreements referenced between the parties have expired.
