RESOLVED: That Application R 7964 for the Transfer of the On Sale Wine License and
On Sale Malt Beverage License, expiring January 31 , 1984, presently issued
to The Brothers Restaurants , Incorporated (Fred Burstein, Chairman) at
2144 Ford Parkway, be and the same are hereby transferred to Brothers
Management Corporation (Michael E. Eakin, President) at the same address
in compliance with Council File No. 275927, Ordinance No. 16787, which
amends Chapter 409 of the St. Paul Legislative Code and Qrdinance.

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
The Brothers Restaurants, Incorporated (Fred Burstein, Chairman)
and Brothers Management Corporation (Michael E. Eakin, President)
request that the On Sale Wine License and On Sale Malt Beverage
License (menu items only) presently issued to The Brothers Restaurants
Incorporation at 2144 Ford Parkway be transferred to Brothers
Management Corporation at the same address.
The officers of Brothers Management Corporation are Michael E. Eakin,
President; Kenneth Lysne, Vice-President; Michael Platt, Secretary
and Kenneth Haugen, Treasurer. It will be known as the Brothers
Restaurant.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
