This Memorandum of Agreement is by and between the City of Saint Paul and
the Pipefitters Local Union l�o. 455. In £ull settlement, the parties hereto
have agreed as follocas:
1. Except as herein modified the signed 1981-1983 Collective
Bargaining Agreer.ter_t bet�aeen the parties, shall be the basis
of the forthconing labor agreement.
2. Appendix C - Appendix C of said agreement shall be replaced
with Appendix C, �•�hich is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
3. Appendix D - Appendix D of said agreement shall be replaced
with Appendix D, �ahich is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
It is understood that the above settlement shall be recor.�ended by the City
regotiator, but is subject to approval by the City Ad�inistratior. and adoption
of the Ci�il Service Commission and the City Council.

If the Union elects to have the contributions listed in Appendix D
increased or decreased, the Employer may adjust the above applicable rates
for participating employees in such a way that the total cost of the package
(wage rate plus contributions) remains constant.

APPENDIX D
Effective May 1, 1983, the EMPLOYER shall:
(1) contribute $2.00 per hour from which payroll deductions have
been made for all hours worked by participating emplayees as
defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 of this AGREEMENT,
to a Union designated Credit Union.
(2) contribute $1.23 per hour for all hours worked by participating
employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 of this
AGREEMENT, to a Health and Welfare Fund.
(3) contribute $1.78 per hour for all hours worked by participating
employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 of this
AGREEMENT to the Pension Fund.
(4) contribute $ .08 per hour for all hours worked by participating�
employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 of this
AGREEMENT, to the Journeyman and Apprenticeship Training Fund.
(5) contribute $ .03 per hour for all hours worked by participating
employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 of this
AGREEMENT to the General Benefit Fund.
All contributions made in accordance with this Appendix shall be forwarded to
the �ain City Pipe Traders Service Association.
The EMPLOYER shall establish Workman's Compensation and Unemployment Compensa-
tion programs as required by Minnesota Statutes.
