The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

and paving the North-South alley in Wa.11raff' s Como Place
and Como Addition. Block 1 from Rose Avenue to the South
-- - line of Wallraff' s Addition. Also, g�ade and pave the
� East-West a11ey in tiVallraff' s Como �Place and Como Addition,
� Block 1 from the East line of Como Addition Block 1 , Lot 1 ,
to the East line of Lot 6 extended jVallraff' s Addition.
Also, construct a sewer in the East-tiVest and North-South
� alley, or in an easement to be obtained. Also, the con-
struction of slopes in the grading and paving of the �
North-South and/or East-1Uest alley in said addition.
Recommended approval of p-aving East-West , North-South
alley, with no sewer and no .turn-around.
3. 6/28/83 VACATION: Petition of Linder Greenhouses Company, et al ,
for the vacation of Galtier Street between 1Vheelock Parkway
and West Idaho Street for the purpose of adding side yard
to the abutting property owners.
Recommended approval to the City Council .
