of the Department of Finance and Management Services. Within twenty days after
the order adopting the assessment, or making a reassessment, a new assessment,
or supplemental assessment, any person may appeal to the District Court by
filing a notice, of appeal with the City Clerk stating the grounds upon which
the appeal is taken. Such notice shall be filed with the Clerk of District
Court within ten days after the filing with the City Clerk.

NOTE: Failure to file the required notices within the times spec-
ified shall forever prot�ibit an appeal from the assessment.
