WHEREAS, the City Council naw has determined. that said appeal was not filed within the 7 day period as requi.red by Chapter 45.03(4) of the St. Paul Legislative Code; ar�d Wf�REAS, the City Cour�cil finds that 10 days frcan the date of the adoption of this resolution is m�re than a reasonable period of ture for the neces�ary work to be oamplet�ed.. D10W TF�REFORE BE IT RESQLVED, that the Order of the Division of Health directirig that the prop�xty at 19i4 Orange St. be cleaned up is hereby confirnled. except that the cleani� must be oam�let�ed within 10 days after adoption of this resolution. BE IT FU�R RESOLUID that in the ev�nt the �n�ork is not cxx�pleted within the 10 day period as ordered, then the City may proceed. to perform or ccoa�lete the necessary w�ork with the aosts incurred therefran collected in the manner as provided by law. HE IT �R RESQLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to mail to Robert and Nancy Knobloch, and their attorney Graham Butler, a capy of this resolution iumtiediately after adaption.
