assessment. You must also file the same notice with the Clerk of
Dietrict Court within 10 days after filing with the City Clerk.
' NOTE: Failure to file the required noticea within the times spec-
ified shall forever prohibit an appeal from the assessment.
If you are 65 or older and homestead thia property, you may apply
