Mr. President and Honorable Members:
C Corporation and Joseph L. McDowell and James L. Meath request that
the On Sale Malt Beverage License, Off Sale Malt Beverage License and
Restaurant License presently issued to C Corporation at 128 North Cleve-
land Avenue, be transferred to Joseph L. McDowell and James P. Meath
at the same address.
They will operate this business personally and it will be known as
Stewarts.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
