WHEREAS: Whebbe's Bar, Inc. (Mary T. Whebbe, President) On Sale Liquor Licensee
at 193 South Robert Street, doing business as Whebbe's, has requested
permission to extend the service area of liquor, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby
extended to include an outside patio area for service of food and
liquor to approximately 25 people.

Whebbe's Bar, Inc. (Mary T. Whebbe, President) , holds an On Sale
Liquor License at 193 South Robert Street, doing business as Whebbe's.
Mr. Whebbe has requested permission to extend the service area of
liquor to include an outside patio area for service of food and
liquor to approximately 25 people.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
