WHEREAS, this grant was accepted by the City Council on October 20,1999 (Council File # 99-1027); and
WIIEItEA5, since there are remaining grant funds from 1999, the Saint Paul Paul Department needs to establish
a financing and spending plan fot the Minnesota Join Together grant funds to be used in 2000; a�d
WHEREAS, The Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certifv that
there are available for appropriation funds of �4,333 in excess of those estimated in the 2000 budget; and

REPORTS. Narrative and financial reports shall be fiunished to Minnesota Join Together
on or before Januarv 15. 2000 (mid-teim) and at the complerion of the project, no later than
A�ri130. 2000 (final report.) The nazraave report foim (to be included with your check) shall
be used to report on the progress of your project. The financial report sfiaII show actual
expendirures as of the date of the report against the approved line items in your budget.
COMPLIANCE CHECK GRANTS. Any compliance check data should be reported to

EVALUATION. We may be conducting an evaluation of this round of our Mini-grant
program. This may include one or two short surveys. Some of ihe projects may be selected
