Mr. President and Honorable Members:
St. Paul Turners Auxiliary makes application for permission to
conduct Bingo Games for 51 periods at 1324 Rose, beginning on
August 11 , 1983.
The application has been made by Lenore Seeger, President and
Mary Anne Wetschka will be managing the games, which will be
played on Thursday afternoons between the hours of 1 :00 and
5:00 P.M.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval with the following stiulation:
Original payouts do not exceed 2/3 of
their gross income.
