RESOLVED, tha.t upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000 to Marlys Ohlrogge the sum of
$1,064.19 in full settlement of her claim for damages sustained
May 9, 1979, as a result of an automobile accident involving
a City vehicle at or near Thoma.s and Dales Streets, Saint Paul.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Ma.rlys Ohlrogge
On May 9, 1979 a Public Works truck being driven by William John
Allen was involved in a collision at Dale and Thomas Streets with
an automobile operated by plaintiff Ma.ryls Ohlrogge. The only
independent witness at the scene told police and later investigators
that the Public Works truck went through the red light.
Plaintiff claimed $1,418 .93 for property damages to her vehicle.
We have settled the case for 75% of that amount or $1,064.19.
