PAUL, CITY OE'; CIVIL RIGciTS. j 10 Any anti-discrimination commission established by an 11 ordinar.ce of the city of St. Paul shall, in addition to all 12 powers now contained in said ordinance be qranted the power and 13 authority to provide that any complainant, responden.t, or other 1� person aggrieved by any order of the St. Paul human and civil 15 ri5hts commission may obtain judicial review thereof, and the lo commission may obtain an order of court for the enforcement of 17 its orders in a proceeding as provided in this s�ction_ Such 18 proceeding shall be brought in the district co�:rt of the state 19 within any county wherein the unlawful discriminatory practice 20 which is the subject of the commission' s order occurs or wherein 21 any person recruired in the order to cease ar_d desist from an 22 unlawful discriminatory practice or to take other affirmative 23 action resides or transacts business.
