CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1981 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET TO PROVIDE FINANCING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
SEVENTH PLACE PEDESTRIAN MALL — ST. PETER TO WABASHA STREET
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation
of the i1ayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Committee, that the
1981 Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and previously amended
by the Council, is amended as follows:
