WHEREAS, David Schell has submitted the attached proposed lot split for
City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public
Works have reviewed the attached lot split on the north side of Morgan
Avenue between Davern Street and Edgcumbe Road, described as:
Parcel 1 : Lot 8, except the East 10.00 feet thereof,
Block 2, Grand Port Addition; and
Parcel 2: Lot 7, except the East 20.00 feet thereof
and the East 10.00 of Lot 8, Block 2,
Grand Port Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304
of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot spTit.
