Mr. President and Honorable Members:
L & T, Inc. and John's Place, Inc. request that the On Sale Liquor
License and the Sunday On Sale Liquor License presently issued to
L & T, Inc. at 901 Payne Avenue be transferred to John' s Place,
Inc. (Joseph Thomas, President) at the same address.
The officers of John's Place, Inc. are Joseph Thomas, President
and John D. Thomas, Vice-President. They will operate this business
personally and it will be known as Thomases.
This application has been reviewed by the License & Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
