CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
JOSEPH P. FIERRO
On May 4 , 1983 , a vehicle driven by Sgt . Fred Fischer , Saint Paul
Police Department , struck a parked vehicle owned by claimant ,
Joseph P . Fierro . Mr . Fierro ' s vehicle was damaged in the amount
of $361 .48 . This office approves the settlement of Mr . Fierro ' s
claim in the amount of $361 .48 .
