WHEREAS, the Fourth District, Department of
Minnesota, The American Legion, will hold their 56th
Annual Convention in Saint Paul on June 10 and 11,
1983; and
WHEREAS, the North End American Legion Post are
host to this year' s convention, the main sessions to
be held at Washington High School on Saturday, June 11,
where the Fourth District American Legion Auxiliary will
also meet in convention, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council, on behalf of its members
and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Saint Paul,
hereby extend their welcome and warmest greetings to
all delegates and members of the Fourth District American
Legion and the Auxiliary.
