WHEREAS, Joan Rosebrock has submitted the attached proposed lot split for
City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public
Works have reviewed the attached lot split at the southwest corner of Bates
and Wilson Avenues, described as:
219 Bates Avenue (the northerly tract) :
The northwesterly 105.00 feet of Lot 23, Willius Subdivision of Block 57
of L. Dayton Addition to St. Paul ; and
211-213 Bates Avenue (the southerly tract) :
That part of Lot 23, Willius Subdivision of Block 57 of L. Dayton
Addition to St. Paul , except the northwesterly 105.00 feet thereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
