WHEREAS, Hennen Development, Inc. has submitted the attached proposed lot
split for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public Works
have reviewed the attached lot split at the northeast corner of Hazelwood Street
and Sims Avenue described as:
1541 Sims Avenue: Lots 7 and 8 except the North 22 feet thereof; and
a Lot 9 except the North 22 feet thereof, and except that part that lies
East of a line drawn from a point on the North line of said Lot 9 that
is 5.01 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 to a point
on the South line of said Lot 9 that is 5.01 feet Easterly of the
Southwest corner of said Lot 9, Block l , Ver Planck's Subdivision of
Lot 5, Block 1 , Cruickshanks Garden Lots; and
1547 Sims Avenue: All that part of Lot 9 lying Easterly of a line
drawn from a point on the North line of said Lot 9, distant 5.01 feet
Easterly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 to a point on the South
line of said Lot 9 distant 5.01 feet Easterly of the Southwest corner
of said Lot 9, except the North 22 feet thereof; and Lot 10, except the
North 22 feet thereof, all being in Block 1 , Ver Planck's Subdivision
of Lot 5, Block 1 , Cruickshanks Garden Lots; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
