WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has submitted a proposed
lot split for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public Works
have reviewed the lot split located on the north side of Holly Avenue between
Dale and Kent Streets, described as:
597 Holly Avenue: The west 2.5 feet of Lot 17, along with that part
of Lot 16 lying east of the west 10 feet of said Lot 16, all in Block 16,
Woodland Park Addition to St. Paul; and
593 Nolly Avenue: That part of Lot 17, Block 16, Woodland Park Addition
to Saint Paul , lying east of the west 2.5 feet and west of the east
5 feet of said Lot 17; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
