Mr. President and Honorable Members:
William G. Brennan and Thomas L. Houck request that Taxicab License
Nos. 27,43,52,53,61 ,62,63 & 111 , presently issued to William G.
Brennan, presently doing business as Capitol City Taxi be transferred
to Thomas L. Houck to do business as Yellow Taxi Cab.
These vehicles will be operated under the nambe of Yellow Taxi Cab
Co. and will be painted yellow.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
