It is also my understanding that, in the event this project is abandoned by the Frogtown Action Alliance that they reimburse all costs incurred by the city relating to this assessment. It is also my understanding that, in the event this project is abandoned by the Frogtown Action Alliance that they reimburse all costs incurred by the city relating to this assessment.
