I understand that that the Frogtown Action Alliance is responsible for the installation of the sprinkler system and will be responsible for presenting invoices and mechanics lien waivers for payment of the same. It is also my understanding that, in the event this project is abandoned by the Frogtown Action Alliance that they reimburse all costs incurred by the city relating to this assessment. In addition, the Frogtown Action Alliance hereby waives their rights to a pubiic hearing and their rights to an appeal of this assessment. 0 0 -a31- The Frogtown Action Alliance has submitted plans to be approved by the Department of Fire and Safety Services, and Housing and Building Code Enforcement. I understand that that the Frogtown Action Alliance is responsible for the installation of the sprinkler system and will be responsible for presenting invoices and mechanics lien waivers for payment of the same. It is also my understanding that, in the event this project is abandoned by the Frogtown Action Alliance that they reimburse all costs incurred by the city relating to this assessment.
