WHEREAS, Ken Frank has submitted the attached proposed lot split for
City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Cconomic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lnt split at 1379 and 1381 Winchell
Street, described as:
Parcel A: Except the North 31 .25 feet, the east 146.5 feet of the
North 2 of Lot 15, Block 6, Rogers and Hendricks Acre Lots
Number 2, subaect to Winchell Street;
Parcel B: The North 31 .25 feet of the East 146.5 feet of Lot 15,'
Block 6, Rogers and Hendricks Acre Lots Number 2, subject
to Winchell Street; and
WHE�tEAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, T!iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
