RESOLVID, That the City Council of Saint P�.ul does hereby
fix the 21st day of June, 1983, at 10:00 o'clock in the morning
as the date on which the Council will hold a public hearing in the
City Council Ch�mbers, Saint Pa.u1, Minnesota, to consider the level
of operation and �intenance of the Tc�wn Square "Public Spaces"
located within the follc�wing streets; Cedar Street, Ei.�hth Street,
Minnesota Street and Sixth Street for the period. of ,Tuly l, 1g83
to June 30, 1984, and the costs to be charged against the benefitted
property, as determined by the City, and the City Clerk is hereby
disected to publish notice of such hearing in a legal newspaper
at lea.st twice, no less than one week prior to such public hearing
and not less than 10 da,ys prior to having notice mailed to the
c�wners of each parcel within the area proposed to be charged.
