Becuase of my fluency in the Spanish laaguage I worked mainly outside with the Hispanic migrant worker community to improve relations between labor and management thereby resulting in greater productivity. Assisted in obtaining a two year contract with Kraft Foods Concentrate Plant, Lakeland, Florida. 1963 - 1968 ' Founded and managed in Guadalajara, Mexico, a resort catering to the special problems of the physically disabled and their loved ones. The emphasis at my resort was on independent living. My work involved the training of MeYican people to care for and work with Ainerican physically disabled.
