WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Saint Paul believes that
the public interest is best served by an orderly and expeditious
cable franchising process ; now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that members of the public and applicants ' written
comments to be used by Kalba Bowen staff in preparing their final
report for the City of St. Paul shall be submitted no later than
noon on May 27 , 1983 to: .
