In the Matter of condemning and takin� an easement in the land necessary for the
slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of laCeral support
froa� subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations there-
of or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of the North-South
Alley in Wallraff'a Como Place and Como Addition, Block l, from Rose Avenue
to the South line of Wallraff's Addition and the grading and paving of the
Bast-West Alley in Wallraff's Como Place and CoeDO Addition, Block 1, from
the East line of Como Addition, Block 1, Lot 1 to the East line of Lot 6
extended Wallraff's Addition.
Also, acquiring a sewer easement under and across part of Lots 4 thru
10 and the vacated alley in Block l, Como Addition.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 2,500 for the sewer easement financed by sesessments.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 218 t day of
June, 1983 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
