Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Capp Towers and Towers Associates, A Limited Partnership request
that the Hotel/Motel License (50 rooms) and 46 Additional Rooms,
presently issued to Capp Towers at 77 East Ninth Street, be trans-
ferred to Towers Associates, A Limited Partnership at the same
address.
The officers of Towers Associates are Roger Kube, General Partner
and JQ Masteller, General Partner. They will operate this business
personally and it will be known as the Econo Lodge.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
