Mr. President and Honorable hlembers:
Lavearls, Inc. and Towers Associates, a Limited Partnership, request
that the On Sale Liquor License and Sunday Liquor License, presently
issued to Lavearls, Inc. (Earl F. Scott, President) at 77 East Ninth
Street, be transferred to Towers Associates, A Limited Partnership &
Lavearls, Inc. at the same address.
The officers of Towers Associates are Roger Kube, General Partner
and JQ Masteller, General Partner. The,v will operate this business
personally and it will be known as the Econo Lodge.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
