This transfera av�i.lable funds from Contingent Reserve Specified to Exempt Property
Asaessments. This trane£er is necessary to cover additional coats o� assessments to
be paid by the City. T1i�e additional costs ar+a due to a discrepancy of property
�aaership with Tndependeri't School District No, 625 �nd the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority. �his discrepancy has been resolved by Ramsey County and the Division of
Assessmants and Valuation. The aseessments should b� paid bq the City
