RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a grant agreement with the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) whereby HUD will
provide grant monies in the furtherance of a study concerning inno-
vations and public service financing, a copy of said agreement to be
kept on file and of record in the Department of Finance and Manage-
�nent Services.
