(Purpose/Rationale): Resolution to allow City signatures on a contract between the City of Saint Paul, Division of Public Health, and Ramsey County Nursing Service, whereby the City will furnis'h health supavision services to individuals in their homes as requested by the nursing supervisor of the Division of Public Health of the City of Saint Paul. The County, pursuant to the health insurance for the aged, is �ertified by the Department of Health, Education and Welfare as a home health agency provider of services. Under this agreement the City will furnish the services and be reimbursed by the County. Financial , �udgetary and Personnel Impacts Anticipated: � The County will pay the City for the services provided each patient at the rate of 90% of the amount of reimbunement to the County. If payment fo� services to the County by any third party be refused in tota) or in part, the unreimbursed portion of the charge shall be the responsibility of the City.
