In full settlement, the parties hereto have ,_ agreed as follows: r 1. Except as herein modified the signed 1981-1982-1983. Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties, shall be the basis of the forthcoming labor agreement. 2. Appendix D - Appendix D shall be added to said Agreement. This Appendi.x D is attached hereto and made a part hereof. It is understood that the above settlement shall be recommended by the City Negotiator, but is sub�ect to approval by the City Administration and adoption of the Civil Service Commission and the City Council. (2) contribute $1.00 per hour for all hours worked by participating employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 covered by this AGREEMENT to a Pension Fund. - (3) contribute $1.00 per hour from which payroll deduction has been made for all hours worked by participating employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 covered by this AGREEMENT, to a Vacation Fund. (4) contribute $ .20 per hour for all hours worked by participating � employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 covered by this AGREEMENT, to a UNION designated Dental Fund. (5) contribute $ .05 per hour for a11 hours worked by participating employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 covered by this AGREEMENT, to a Apprenticeship Training Fund. Effective December 25, 1982 this contribution shall be increased to $ .06 per hour. Effective May 1, 1983 this contribution shall be increased to $ .07 per hour. All contributions made in accordance with this Appendix shall be forwarded to depositories as directed by the UNION. The EMPLOYER shall establish Workman's Compensation and Unemployment Compensation programs as required by Minnesota Statutes. - Dl - � . t e •, , . APPENDIX D (continued) Participating employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 covered by this AGREEMENT, shall not be eligible for, governed by, or accumulate vacation, sick leave, holiday, funeral leave, jury duty, or insurance fringe benefits that are or may be established by Civil Service Rules, Council Ordinance, or Council Resolutions. The EMPLOYER'S fringe benefit obligation to participating employees as defined in Articles 12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 is limited to the contributions and/or deductions established by this AGREEMENT.
