Gentlemen:
This Association is responsible for the servicing of the
mortgage loan advanced to Tanh Van Le and Tuyet Thi Nguyen,
husband and wife , on December 1 , 1980 by Banco Mortgage Company.
The Deed of Trust securing the aforesaid mortgage was thereafter
assigned by Banco Mortgage Company to the Richard Gill Company
effective June 2 , 1982. On behalf of the secured parties , we are
herein advising you that with respect to our recorded interest,
we have no objection to the proposed Condemnation Proceedings or
to the award of damages therefor pursuant to a public hearing to
be held before your Council on May 24, 1983 at 10 :00 a.m.
However, you are hereby on notice that our failure to file any
such objection is conditioned upon the subsequent award being
made jointly payable to the mortgagors and Standard Federal
Savings and Loan Association, and following the endorsement by
the mortgagors , being forwarded direct to this Association,
marked for the attention of the undersigned, for application in
reduction of the principal balance outstanding on the mortgage
loan.
