WHEREAS, Eugene Kraut has submitted the attached proposed lot split for
City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot split at 2151 and 2153 Glenridge
Avenue at the northeast corner of Winthrop Street and Glenridge Avenue,
described as:
Parcel A: The west 44 feet of the south 93.15 feet of Lot 19,
Block 1 , Wiensch Battle Creek Addition; and
Parcel B: Lot 19, Block l , Wiensch Battle Creek Addition except
the west 44 feet of the south 93.15 feet thereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304
of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accept and approve
this lot split.
